Cooking is science too, right?

With about 50 people onboard, the Knorr’s kitchen staff has their work cut out for them each day preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tonight to give them a break, we had kitchen staff appreciation night where all of the science party pitched in to cook, serve and clean-up after dinner. On the menu was the Cheif Scientist’s special recipe chicken fajitas with homemade salsa and guacamole along with chocolate mousse and flan for dessert, yum.
